  • I work with pre-professional, college-level, and professional dancers, ages 16 and up.

    For dancers under 18, your parent or guardian will be involved in the onboarding process and provided with general updates throughout the program. (However, your privacy will always be respected, similar to working with a counselor.)

  • Yes! This is, by no means a requirement, but when all three methods are combined, I’ve seen the greatest results. If this is something you’re interested in, let me know in your free consultation and I will customize a comprehensive program that meets your needs.

  • We’ll discuss pricing and payment plan options in your complimentary Nourished Dancer Call.

  • Not traditionally. But if you’d like to use your Health Savings Account, it’s possible to do so through PayPal.

  • On a rare occasion partial scholarships are offered to those in need and to the bipoc community. If you’re interested in working with me, I encourage you to book your free call. Don’t let financial concerns be the thing that stops you from getting the support you need. During your call we’ll discuss your unique situation, and see if we can devise a plan that works for us both.

  • Yes. While I was in a modern dance company, my training in ballet is extensive. I believe in ballet as a method of conditioning and training that encourages growth within many genres of dance.

  • Now is the perfect time to begin the Dancer’s Wellness Program or the Master your Mindset Program. Injury time is the exact time to double down on your nutrition and wellness practices to encourage lower inflammation levels in the body— and to process the big emotions, physical pain, and self-doubt that come with dance injuries. As a dancer who has recovered from multiple injuries, it would be my honor to support you in this time.
