In my classes, I foster a safe and supportive environment where dancers are encouraged to listen to their bodies as they explore and connect with the dance form.

Together, we refine anatomical alignment and technique while embracing the joy of movement and celebrating the unique individuality of each dancer’s performance.

Dancers are challenged to take creative risks, step outside their comfort zones, and explore their artistry in dynamic and engaging ways. My goal is to create classes that are not only accessible and inclusive but also meaningful, thought-provoking, and infused with a sense of play, curiosity, and bold exploration.
